    DESCRIPTION

    Cleaning sponges production line with HOT MELT PUR spraying system

    Hot melt PUR adhesive spray applying system is designed for bonding of textile materials, such as fiber and elastic polyurethane foam boards in production cycle of kitchen sponges. Adhesive applying unit is made in a form of 2 or more spraying heads for application of hot melt polyurethane glue, which is fed from premelting glue station.

    • possibilities to cut the mat on pieces right after cooling down;

    Konstrukcja maszyny składa się z takich części jak:

    • Roll unwinding unit;
    • Belt conveyor;
    • Adhesive applying unit with movable spraying heads;
    • Hot Melt PUR drum melting station;
    • Control system based on SIEMENS PLC;
    • Heating tunnel;
    • Inclined table for elastic polyurethane foam boards feeding;
    • Roller press;
    • Output table.
